Booking Policy

Payment and Refund Policy:

1. Please use the  "contact us" tab to submit an inquiry.  It available, we will email you the Booking Form Contract and link to pay.  A $50 non-refundable deposit and the signed form are required to hold the date.

2. 14 days prior to event, the remainder of the payment is due.  Without full payment on the due date, the $50 booking fee, date and times are forfeited.  If the event is within 14 days, full payment is required to book.

3. If a client pays in full 14 days before event and then cancels 72 hours or more before the event, 50% of the payment, less the booking fee, is refundable.  Cancelations under 72 hours are non-refundable. 

Other Policies:

• Client is responsible to have a backup plan if an outdoor event has inclimate weather.
• In the instance the Face Painter must cancel due to their illness, injury or emergency, a FULL refund will be given to the client, including the booking fee.
• Client understands and agrees that the Face Painter may leave at anytime if they feel unsafe.
• Client will provide all details of event as well as a contact person for the day of the event who will be there and help direct the Face painter upon arrival, answer questions and report to as needed. 
• Client understands and agrees that the Face Painter will not paint guests who are sick or show visible skin issues.  It may be offered to do a design on their arm or leg if it seems appropriate.
•  Face Painting Pro carries general liability insurance. 
• Mileage is charged $1/mile round trip outside Riverton city limits. 
• Additional hours can be purchased as long as the artist doesn't have other obligations.
